About the Position: Treetops Resort is searching for a new team member for our Building Maintenance Department! As Maintenance Engineer, you will be reporting to the Facilities Manager of the resort. This is a full-time position, and we are looking for someone who will bring general repairs and maintenance experience to our team. Though some experience is preferred, we encourage all applicants who have the desire and motivation to learn and develop. Responsibilities: Completing general resort repairs and assisting with other maintenance responsibilities. Assisting guests with routine maintenance requests. Keeping an accurate log of completed work. Keeping tools, machinery, and workspaces safe, clean, and organized. Making repairs or replacing defective equipment. Completing preventative maintenance on tools and facility equipment. Other duties as needed. Qualifications Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age. Must have a valid driver’s license. Demonstrated experience using hand and power tools. Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Capable of multi-tasking, prioritizing, and following directions.

Responsibilities

The Maintenance Technician will complete general resort repairs and assist with other maintenance responsibilities. They will also assist guests with routine maintenance requests and keep an accurate log of completed work.
