Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.  * Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and determine root causes.  * Repair and replace defective parts, components, and systems.  * Conduct routine inspections of machinery, equipment, and facilities.  * Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and documentation.  * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and maintenance procedures.  * Assist with installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment.  * Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner.  * Collaborate with production and operations teams to minimize downtime.  * Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean and organized condition. * Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures. * Weld manufacturing weldments together as needed. * Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.  * Other duties as assigned. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS * High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.  * 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing, industrial, commercial, or related environment.  * Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.  * Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.  * Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is preferred.  * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.  * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * PLC troubleshooting experience.  * Welding and fabrication skills.  * Electrical troubleshooting and motor controls knowledge.  * OSHA safety awareness and lockout/tagout procedures. JOB REQUIREMENTS * Maintain strong safety culture.  * Basic math skills.  * Good listening skills and a passion to learn.  * High work ethic, dependability, and detail oriented.  * Strong communication skills.  * Must be a team player. * Must be open to cross-training opportunities. * Ability to work in non-climate-controlled manufacturing shop or field site * Stand up to 12 hours daily * Walk up to 12 hours daily * Bending/stooping up to 12 hours daily * Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.  * Ability to work in varying environmental conditions, including exposure to noise, heat, and moving machinery.  * Ability to climb ladders and work at heights when required. * Repetitive movement up to 12 hours daily * Lifting weight up to 50lbs regularly * Ability to work overtime, weekend, and on-call availability based on operations needs.
