Be Remarkable.  I seek ways to be extraordinary and deliver a positive impact every day.   ESSENTIAL FUNCTION(S):  The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: * Diagnose problems and repairs in the areas related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, swimming pools, carpentry, dry wall, exterior structural and appliances. * Perform preventative maintenance to equipment and facilities, to make sure they are safe and mechanically sound. * Deliver outstanding customer service to all residents. * Communicate and effectively work together with your fellow team members. * Conduct oneself in a professional manner and always maintain a professional image. * Attend all relevant operational meetings. * Support the Development / Club Customs, Culture and Rules. * Perform duties with due regard for safety of self and fellow employees while exercising proper care and protection of company property. * Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. * Complying with OSHA Safety and Health rules * Performing other work-related duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) * High School Diploma or equivalent. * Minimum two (2) years related building maintenance experience. * Technical knowledge in the following areas: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, swimming pools, carpentry, dry wall, exterior structural and appliances. * Must be able to use standard powered and non-powered tools. * A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. * Basic knowledge of inventory management and a computerized maintenance management system involving preventative maintenance, * Strong communication and correspondence skills with the ability to maintain sound working relationships and communications with members, management, staff, ownership, prospective buyers, and vendors. * Good organizational skills and the ability to work well independently as well as with a team, attention to quality and detail. * Career oriented with strong commitment to the profession. * Professional appearance and presentation. * Enjoy working with customers. * Excellent building relationship skills. * Ability to function under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions. * High work ethic, with sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team. * Bilingual a plus. * CPO Certification a plus. APPROXIMATE SCHEDULE AND HOURS: Full time, may require weekdays, weekends, and Holidays.
