Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the day to day maintenance and up keep of our rental units, ranging from small hotel studios to large townhomes.
Applicants to have experience / knowledge in the following areas:
Light Plumbing, Light Electrical, Drywall Repair, Painting, Small Appliance Repair.
Applicants must have a valid class 5 BC drivers license
Able to work in a team environment.
Able to work under light supervision once completed initial training.
Available to work evenings and weekends.
Be well presented and interact well with our guests.
All tools needed are supplied.
