Job Description Job Description Penn Waste has an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician to work at our Recycle site in Manchester, PA. As a tech in our recycling facility, your focus will be on the overall health/maintenance of the plant and all supporting machine centers. This will involve: inspections, diagnosing, and issuing repairs to mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, nematic systems, air sorting systems. robotic systems, conveyor systems, and rolling stock equipment. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform service calls from production for plant issues and breakdowns. Preform minor to major repairs/PM maintenance for recycling machine center/supporting machine centers and rolling stock. Maintain a safe, clean environment in compliance with corporate and OSHA, NFPA standards. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum 1 year of proven experience in the field preferred Ability to work an average of 40-50 hours a week Schedule will be 1st Shift Sunday-Wednesday- 4:30am to 5pm Saturday as needed. WORKING CONDITIONS & PHYSICAL EFFORT: Occasional outdoor work in all weather conditions. Ability to lift up to 75lbs. Apply today and Connect with Your Future!
