Urban Air Adventure Park is looking for a hands-on, skilled, and dependable Maintenance Technician to keep our park running smoothly, safely, and looking its best. You’ll be the go-to problem solver for mechanical repairs, attraction upkeep, facility fixes, and general handyman tasks. This is a full-time role or 1099 role with steady hours, benefits, and the satisfaction of knowing your work directly supports a safe, fun, and exciting guest experience. The Maintenance Technician will split their time between two parks within the franchisee’s portfolio and must have a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

Attraction Maintenance & Repairs

  • Inspect, maintain, and repair mechanical attractions (Go Karts, Sky Rider, climbing walls, ropes courses, trampolines, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or operational issues quickly to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and log all work performed.

    General Facility Maintenance

  • Handle basic plumbing, electrical including low voltage, painting, and general repairs.

  • Handle basic repairs on kitchen equipment.
  • Maintain interior and exterior spaces in top condition (lighting, flooring, furniture, walls).
  • Keep park signage, fixtures, and equipment in good repair.
  • ️ Preventive Maintenance
  • Perform or coordinate scheduled servicing of attractions, HVAC units, and other equipment.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with manufacturer maintenance requirements.

    Safety & Compliance

  • Follow all safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.

  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and proper storage of tools.
  • Report and address safety hazards immediately.
