Position Overview: As a Maintenance Technician, you'll be an essential part of keeping our manufacturing operation running at its best. Your work directly impacts production by ensuring equipment operates safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. In this role, you'll troubleshoot equipment issues, perform repairs, complete preventive maintenance, and support ongoing improvements throughout the facility. You'll work on a wide variety of industrial systems including electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated equipment, while helping maintain the reliability our operation depends on. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys diagnosing problems, finding practical solutions, and taking pride in seeing equipment return to peak performance. A Typical Day Might Include: Every day brings something different. You may begin your shift by reviewing maintenance priorities, inspecting equipment, or preparing for scheduled preventive maintenance. As production gets underway, you'll respond to equipment issues, troubleshoot system failures, complete repairs, and work alongside production teams to minimize downtime. Throughout the day, you'll identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help maintain a safe and productive work environment.
