As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll handle preventive work, troubleshoot issues, perform repairs, and keep operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced work, problem-solving, and maintaining systems with precision. Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and automated systems Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections Perform resets, PC/PLC reboots, and calibrations Interpret wiring schematics, diagrams, and manuals Support plant safety practices: OSHA, PPE, Lock-Out/Tag-Out, Arc Flash Assist with building systems: electrical panels, chillers, fire suppression Log work in the CMMS and share notes across shifts Participate in TPM/Lean improvements and root-cause analysis Second Chances Start Here: We proudly support second-chance hiring.
