Description

Weston Business centers have an exiting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician to join the team,. Working Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm you will be responsible for ensuring that the building and all its systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities
  • General upkeep of the business centre, such as maintaining taps, plumbing, lighting, guttering etc in/around the facilities
  • Provide general assistance to the Business Centre, as required (supplies & deliveries)
  • Manage receipt and despatch of post deliveries and daily sorting of post
  • Maintain car park and act as steward for on-site events
  • Daily compacting of waste, including flat pack cupboard
  • Assist with relocation of furniture and internal office moves
  • Ensure safe storage of all furniture to prevent any damage
  • General cleaning, as and when appropriate (toilet blockages, spillages, lighting and water)
  • Assisting with conference centre and events (set up of furniture
  • Partisipating in weekly PAT testing.
  • Respond promptly to tenant requests and facility maintenance needs
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair systems such as fire alarms, lighting, and air-con systems
  • Strong troubleshooting skills to diagnose and fix issues quickly.
  • Ability to document maintenance activities clearly and effectively.
  • Understanding of electrical systems, including wiring, circuit breakers, and lighting systems.
  • Ability to identify the underlying causes of recurring problems to prevent future issues.
  • Efficient in managing time, ensuring that repairs are done quickly and preventive maintenance tasks are on schedule.
    Candidates holiday IPAF, PAT Testing or Basic Electrical and/ or plumbing would be advantageous.
