JOB OVERVIEW:

We are currently looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician at our apartment building, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our high-rise apartment building, located in downtown Victoria. This position requires a strong focus on general maintenance of the suites and building.

SKILLS:

• 5+ years direct maintenance experience
• All aspects of general maintenance for occupied and vacant suite turns
• Drywall repairs, plumbing, minor electrical, general maintenance, hauling trash, general yard work
• Ability to use general tools to complete maintenance work
• Prior experience in building maintenance an asset

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks on suites and the common areas
• Troubleshoot and repair general electrical issues
• Maintain company equipment needed to address maintenance needs
• Tuesday - Saturday 8 am - 4 pm

• Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding maintenance issues
