Description Winvian Farm, a Relais & Chateaux luxury resort in the Litchfield Hills, is seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help maintain the beauty, safety, and functionality of our unique property. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys a variety of tasks. What You’ll Do Perform general maintenance and repairs across guest cottages, facilities, and grounds Complete routine and preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems Handle painting, minor carpentry, and basic plumbing/electrical tasks Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment (mowers, tractors, power tools) Assist with seasonal property upkeep, including grounds care and snow removal Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner Identify and report safety hazards or repair needs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Work collaboratively with team members to support overall property operations Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off 401(k) with Employer Match Beautiful work environment Starting pay is $22.00/hour Requirements Requirements Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record Ability to lift 75+ lbs Previous maintenance or facilities experience required Experience with painting and power equipment preferred Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or HVAC is a plus Strong work ethic and “can-do” attitude Team player with the ability to work independently Flexible schedules- weekends and some holidays required
Responsibilities
