Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Pay: $30 – $38/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 6:00 am–2:30 pm or 7:00 am–3:30 pm

REQUIREMENTS:

• HS Diploma/GED + 1 year of maintenance experience
• Skilled with hand/power tools, able to read schematics
• Valid driver’s license

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment and building systems
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Complete maintenance checklists and keep records
• Assist with general building repairs (painting, drywall, minor remodeling)
• Respond to emergency maintenance needs
