• Perform routine preventive maintenance on building systems, equipment, and facilities to avoid disruptions
• Diagnose and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues promptly and efficiently
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests from guests and staff, prioritizing urgent needs
• Conduct safety inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards
• Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and management teams to coordinate repairs and minimize guest impact
