Responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our facilities, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship. • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as inspecting, lubricating, and cleaning machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure proper functioning and prevent breakdowns. • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues, and perform repairs or replacements as needed. • Conduct preventive maintenance activities according to established schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment and systems. • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, and prioritize tasks based on safety, urgency, and operational needs. • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and inventory of spare parts and supplies. • Collaborate with other maintenance team members, contractors, and vendors to coordinate repairs, installations, and upgrades. • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, and adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies. Requirements Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. • Familiarity with hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and precision measuring instruments. • Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints. • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, customers, and vendors. • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance or a related field preferred. • Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or commercial setting.
