Job Title: Full-Time Maintenance Team Member Location: Lakeshore Resort and Marina 2285 Highway 321, Hampton, TN 37658 Job Type: Full-Time, Seasonal Job Description Lakeshore Resort and Marina is seeking a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team in a full-time, seasonal position. This role is essential to maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of our resort and marina facilities. The ideal candidate will have prior maintenance experience, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities · Perform general maintenance and repairs on resort and marina facilities · Conduct dock maintenance and assist with marine vessel-related tasks (preferred experience) · Execute basic operation and maintenance on equipment including tractors, forklifts, and motor vehicles · Assist with groundskeeping, dock upkeep, and seasonal maintenance projects · Ensure work areas remain clean, safe, and organized · Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times · Work outdoors in varying weather conditions · Support team members and assist with special projects as needed Requirements · Previous maintenance experience required · Marine vessel and dock maintenance experience preferred · Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs · Ability to work well independently and as part of a team · Valid driver’s license required · Ability to operate a tractor, forklift, and motor vehicle · Ability to operate a marine vessel preferred · Reliable transportation required in all weather conditions · Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Work Environment · Outdoor and indoor work in all seasons · Physically active role requiring standing, lifting, and operating equipment Benefits · Full-time, seasonal employment · Stable work schedule · Opportunity to work in a scenic waterfront environment $16.00-$17.00 Per Hour based off of previous experience
