FT| Monday-Friday|8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.| Start Rate: $18.00/ hr. Job Purpose or Objective(s): You will perform routine maintenance on machines, mechanical equipment, and structures and building. You will report to the Facilities and Maintenance Manager. Primary Tasks: 1. You will perform maintenance of plumbing and electrical systems in multiple locations. 2. Manage and complete small scale projects, to include developing plans, material lists. 3. Assist Team Members with tasks, insuring safety and quality workmanship. 4. Paint interior and exterior walls and trim, using paint and painting tools. 5. You will assist with general repair and upkeep of machines and equipment. 6. Maintain and repair multiple structures, using different hand and power tools. 7. Perform preventative maintenance on different machines, equipment, and structures. 8. Perform other tasks as assigned.
