Job Details Job Location: Indian Head Casino - Warm Springs, OR 97761 Salary Range: $22.00 Hourly Performs highly diversified duties, troubleshooting, routine and extensive preventative maintenance and repair procedures on IHC and PTP buildings, mechanical equipment and utility systems. All work will be done in compliance with safety rules and regulations. Qualifications Skills/Experience Required or Preferred At least 3 years experience in grounds and facilities maintenance required. Knowledgeable in maintenance procedures and methods with a good understanding electrical, HVAC, plumbing and other systems. Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including hand and power tools. Excellent communication skill are essential. Must maintain up to date and accurate records on work performed, and work needed. Education High School diploma or GED, training in building maintenance technology or relevant field preferred. Certificates or Licenses HVAC or refrigeration Certification
