MAINTENANCE (FULL -TIME/PERMANENT)

We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our facilities running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be responsible for performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across a variety of building systems. QUALIFICATIONS

• Good communication skills
• High degree of attention to detail
• Experience using basic hand tools & equipment (jigsaw, screwdriver, trimmer, etc.)
• Excellent time management
• Ability to work as a team member under minimal supervision
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Valid provincial drivers license and clean abstract

• Repair meters, change batteries in meters, change receipt rolls, replace signage
• Sweeping the garage entrance and exit lanes
• Litter pick-up on parking levels
• Wiping down of signage, equipment, and cashier booth
• Monitoring and cleaning of all high traffic areas within the garage
• Emptying of garbage receptacles as required
• Minor snow clearing on levels/ramps and taking care of any icy patches
• Reporting any observed safety concerns or structural damage, repair fences when needed
