How you’ll contribute A Maintenance Mechanic who excels in this role: * Perform routine and preventative maintenance on hospital building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical infrastructure. * Respond promptly to maintenance requests and work orders to ensure safe, continuous facility operations. * Support repairs, troubleshooting, and general upkeep of equipment and facility systems. * Assist with facility improvement projects, including renovations, installations, and minor construction work. * Participate in fire and life safety inspections, drills, and corrective actions to ensure compliance with safety standards. * Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and completed work orders. * Collaborate with facility leadership and other departments to maintain a safe, clean, and fully operational healthcare environment.
