Position Summary The Maintenance Worker performs general maintenance and repair duties throughout the facility and grounds. Requirements A minimum of three years of experience, education and/or training in general maintenance and repair work, with a basic knowledge of carpentry, masonry, electrical work, plumbing, painting, grounds keeping, and custodial functions. Experience in a healthcare environment helpful. Must possess and maintain a current and valid State of Maine driver’s license.
