· 5th Class Power Engineer Certificate.
Summary of the job description, it may include but not limited to:
· Attending service requests: Building and apartment maintenance, including small repairs with some knowledge of carpentry, drywall repair, flooring, plumbing, understanding and troubleshooting of electrical systems, including appliances.
· Performing operation, maintenance and troubleshooting of building systems including HVAC, boiler, emergency generator, and fire life safety systems,
· Basic maintenance of the boiler heating system.
· Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them.
· Using of hand and power tools, able to read blueprints and maintenance manuals.
· Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment.
· Taking care of the garbage room and garbage bins.
· Clearing of snow from all the entrances of the building and sidewalks.
· Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary.
· Purchasing materials.
· Assist with the inspection reports and documentation.
· And any other task that may be related to this position.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
