Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiast, idealist and go-getter for the next season starting from April 2025.

Inside the restaurant she/he is responsible for:

  • leading, motivating and training the service team
  • plan and coordinate daily work, supervise accounting management
  • to supervise the mise-en-place of the tables and the service (lunch / dinner)
  • to participate in the work and responsibilities of the dining room team
  • to record orders, take care of the guest and pay attention to details
  • to support the needs of the hotel in breakfast and room service
  • to supervise the preparation of the room for all the services requested

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent knowledge of German, English and Italian.
  • A good knowledge of wines
  • At least three years of experience in the same role
  • Communication and management skills, customer orientation and teamwork complete the profile
