This position is hands on and is responsible to manage, lead, motivate and mentor the day-to-day operations of the reception team, food and beverage servers, bartenders and bussers, while welcoming guests, assigning and escorting them to tables and taking reservations. This role is also involved in the selection of front of house employees, responsible for training, maintaining extensive knowledge of menu items and services, the development and implementation of procedures, scheduling the front of house, inventory control, the maintenance of the physical restaurant, and ensuring the security of company assets.
Compensation pay is a combination of wages plus gratuities.
