JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced and charismatic Maitre D’ to join our team. The Maitre D’ will be the face of the restaurant, responsible for providing a welcoming and seamless guest experience from the moment they arrive. This position requires a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a passion for hospitality.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as a Maitre D’ in a similar high-end restaurant position.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette and wine pairing is preferred.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays are Mandatory.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow servers, bartenders, and staff to ensure seamless service delivery.

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage reservations and ensure an organized seating arrangement.
• Provide guests with detailed menu information and assist with special requests or dietary needs.

• Coordinate with Sr. Restaurant Manager, servers, chefs, and other staff to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain a polished and welcoming atmosphere in the dining room.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff to uphold restaurant standards.
