Job Description We are looking for an enthusiast, idealist and go-getter for the next season starting from April 2025. Inside the restaurant she/he is responsible for: leading, motivating and training the service team plan and coordinate daily work, supervise accounting management to supervise the mise-en-place of the tables and the service (lunch / dinner) to participate in the work and responsibilities of the dining room team to record orders, take care of the guest and pay attention to details to support the needs of the hotel in breakfast and room service to supervise the preparation of the room for all the services requested Qualifications Excellent knowledge of German, English and Italian.
