Descrizione del lavoro La risorsa - all'interno del ristorante - si occupa di: • gestire in autonomia la proposta dei vini al tavolo e consigliare l'ospite nella scelta • preparare - in accordo con la proprietà - la carta dei vini, degli aperitivi e dei distillati • riordinare cantina e mantenere efficiente i propri strumenti di lavoro • curare lo standard richiesto • NO VITTO E ALLOGGIO The resource – inside the restaurant deals with: • manage the wine proposal at the table • prepare- in agreement with owners -the wine list, aperitifs and spirits • reorganize the cellar and keeps its working tools efficient • take care of the required standard • NO HOUSE AND BOARD Qualifiche • Certificazione Sommelier (AIS, ASPI, FISAR o simili) • Italiano e Inglese fluenti • Esperienza di almeno tre anni nel ruolo maturata in contesti con elevati standard di servizio • Padronanza dei vini nazionali e internazionali • Completano il profilo: passione e curiosità, orientamento al cliente, flessibilità e team working • Sommelier certification (AIS, ASPI, FISAR or similar) • Italian and English • At least three years of experience in the role gained in contexts with high service standards • Mastery of national and international wines • Complete the profile: passion and curiosity, customer orientation, flexibility and team working Ulteriori informazioni • Lavoro con un ambito stimolante d'alto livello e possibilità di formazione e crescita sia individuale che professionale • Turnazione dal lunedì alla domenica con 6 giorni lavorativi alla settimana • Possibilità di avvalersi di tariffe ridotte per i dipendenti negli altri hotel Relais & Chateaux • Work with a stimulating high-level environment and the possibility of both individual and professional training and growth • Shifts from Monday to Sunday with 6 working days per week • Ability to take advantage of other reduced rates for employees in Relais & Chateaux hotels Reparto: Ristorante
