We are currently looking for a Roaster / Production Worker for our coffee roasting company located in beautiful Lac-Brome (Foster). We are a company with a 20-year history and are currently in a period of expansion.

• Roasting coffees according to recipes
• Receiving green beans and other supplies
• Ensuring that all logs are properly filled out (roasting log, grinding log, etc.)
• Managing and assisting with coffee packaging
• Printing labels
• Preparing customer orders for delivery
• Taking inventory of coffee
• Taking inventory of labels, cups, and other supplies, and placing orders as needed
• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Cleaning and maintaining machines (e.g. grinder, roaster, sealer, etc.)
