Logistics UK is looking for a Major Account Manager (MAM) to join our dynamic team and lead the way in strengthening member engagement, driving revenue, and promoting excellence across the logistics sector.

REQUIREMENTS

  • A proactive, target-driven mindset with a passion for customer engagement.
  • Knowledge of the transport and logistics sector (or a strong interest in learning!).
  • B2B sales experience and an eye for commercial opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • The ability to influence at all levels, remotely and independently.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (especially Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Nurturing and growing member accounts, driving up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Securing renewals and bringing in new business revenue across our services and portfolios.
  • Identifying commercial leads and supporting business development strategies.
  • Collaborating across teams to deliver value and strengthen our membership offering.
  • Managing accounts with precision—tracking opportunities, solving problems, and delivering insights.
