The Major Account Manager (bilingual) will act as a consultant to customers, offering solutions for efficiently preparing and managing documents, packages, mail, and other forms of messaging, in both physical and digital form. A successful Major Account Manager will connect with customers to build loyalty and be responsible for growing Pitney Bowes’s market share in the shipping & mailing segment in Ottawa, ON .
