ABOUT THE ROLE:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Major Account Sales Support to join our Bayswater team. Reporting to the Major Accounts Manager, you will be the first point of contact for our major customers and sales team for sales queries.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Attending to customer queries via phone and email
• Visiting customers and engaging with our Customers Building Teams
• Cross-checking quotes from builders
• Generating customer quotes through provided plans and information
• Negotiating with customers and subcontracts on delivery & production dates
• Managing delivery orders and informing customers of changes
• Ordering buy-in products and ensuring accurate record keeping
• Working closely with management to identify & improve projects
• Ongoing training and development with the potential to progress into a Major Account Manager position
