Key Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service in branch, by phone and via email Support sales activity and identify new leads and opportunities Process orders, manage stock levels and ensure accurate paperwork Maintain a tidy, safe and welcoming branch environment Work collaboratively with colleagues and share product knowledge Desired skills & experience Strong customer service focus and good communication skills Basic numeracy and attention to detail Team player with a proactive, solution-oriented approach Previous retail, trade counter or customer-facing experience a plus Why join Rexel?
