Description
Under the limited direction of the Section Manager of New Business Services, fulfills the role of Company liaison providing guidance to major commercial and industrial customers. Determine customer project requirements by evaluating the load requirement, energy systems power quality, regulatory and Tarrif requirements necessary for the installation of gas and electric facilities. Additionally, coordinate with internal departments for execution of engineering studies, analysis of construction site and load data, and interconnection requirements. Ensures customer is familiar with service classification information, applicable codes and specification and billing procedures to ensure timely customer project satisfaction and delivering a positive experience.
