Responsibilities: Safely deliver major appliances to customer locations while ensuring proper handling and care. Install appliances according to manufacturer specifications and local codes. Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns during delivery and installation. Perform quality checks to ensure appliances are functioning properly post-installation. Collaborate with team members to optimize delivery routes and schedules. Maintain van and equipment in clean and safe working condition. Document delivery and installation processes accurately for record-keeping. Stay updated on product knowledge and installation techniques. Requirements: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy appliances. Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic knowledge of appliance installation and troubleshooting. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends. Background check and drug screening required.
