We are recruiting for a Major Works Supervisor for our Property Services pillar: Property Services – We revitalise homes and communities through the regeneration of living spaces, breathing new life into neighbourhoods. From delivering large programmes of work for social housing providers, to ensuring the highest building safety standards, we provide a range of services for public sector clients. Job Description As a Major Works supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities for the specific contract workstreams. Your role involves ensuring that work progresses according to plans, schedules, and safety standards. Additionally, you will manage a team of operatives and supply chain partners, covering complex repairs and specialist works, in addition to legal disrepair cases. Your tasks will include: Your ability to motivate the team to ensure work completion is crucial, and you will play a key role in maintaining efficiency, quality, and safety on construction sites. Assisting with H&S Assisting with completion of outstanding works Supporting schedulers to coordinate projects Pre and post inspections with clients Assisting with compiling costings via SORs Liaising with residents Overseeing complex case works Attending client meetings Resident liaison Conducting sign off visits and providing handover packs As a Major Works supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities for the specific contract workstreams.
