Description The Palms at 8800 Apartments is now hiring a Make Ready Tech in San Antonio, TX. Duties: Prepare vacant apartments for market ready status through turn-over repairs and improvements Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed Provide residents with outstanding customer service Requirements At least 12 months of onsite multifamily experience Previous experience as a Make Ready required Possess valid Identification Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred Our Perks & Benefits: Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
