Description We’re seeking a dependable Make-Ready Maintenance Technician to prepare units for move-in. This role focuses on apartment turns, punch lists, and completing repairs quickly without sacrificing quality or attention to detail. Key Responsibilities Complete apartment turns efficiently and on schedule Handle punch-out items including flooring repairs, doors, trim, hardware, and fixtures Perform basic plumbing and electrical repairs (leaks, fixtures, outlets, switches) Replace appliances and complete minor appliance repairs Ensure units meet company quality and safety standards before move-in Work efficiently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe Communicate clearly with the maintenance supervisor and property team Benefits: - Mileage reimbursement - Uniform provided - Cell phone reimbursement - Medical, Dental and Vision insurance - 401k after a year - Paid vacation, personal & holidays after 60 days - All maintenance must be conducted within a safe environment and adhere to all OSHA standards. Requirements 1+ year of maintenance unit turn experience preferred, or motivated to learn Strong general repair and troubleshooting skills Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge Proven ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines High attention to detail and pride in workmanship Reliable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Providing your own tools and reliable transportation. (Ardent Property Management will provide all specialty tools. All hand tools are to be provided by the maintenance technician.)
