Requirements • 1+ years of hands-on general maintenance experience • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends • Rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies • Valid driver's license and/or access to reliable transportation • EPA license is a plus This role recommends an EPA Universal or HVAC certification. Responsibilities

The technician is responsible for inspecting vacated apartments and completing make-ready tasks according to company standards, alongside fulfilling assigned work orders and assisting with general building and common area maintenance. This role also involves inspecting units for damage and participating in preventative maintenance programs, including painting duties.
