Rose Senior Living is recruiting for a hospitality focused Make-Ready Technician to join our team! This role is responsible for responsible for assistance in maintaining aspects of the physical plant. Conducting, under supervisor direction, apartment inspections, apartment and common area refurbishment, minor appliance repairs; maintains safe working environment and assists other department employees as needed.

HERE ARE A FEW OF THE QUALIFICATIONS WE NEED YOU TO HAVE:

• High School diploma or equivalent in training, education and experience
• One year experience in building maintenance or refurbishment preferred
• One year experience in apartment and/or healthcare community maintenance preferred
