We are currently seeking a Full-Time Make Ready Technician to: Work Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm Complete make ready repairs in resident apartments and common areas to be first impression ready. This may include painting walls and/or trim, drywall replacement, and texturing Ensure appliances are operable and in good condition for the new resident Complete minor work orders throughout community as needed We offer: BCBS- 3 different plans to choose from!
