About you We are looking for Full-time Kiosk Store Manager to join the team in Doncaster and/or Emporium Melbourne. The role Fantastic salary package Achieving all business objectives and targets relevant to counter retail Conducting monthly reviews to communicate objectives, set goals and measure progress in addition to daily feedback and monthly team meetings Motivate and drive your team to achieve performance targets Proactively manage poor performance, addressing attendance or conduct issues in line with business expectations, utilising the appropriate procedures and support Assist in executing visual displays, merchandising, inventory stocktake, ringing sales, identifying potential loss prevention issues, following safety and emergency procedures, and other tasks as required Requirements Qualified Makeup Artist or relevant experience Excellent customer service, communication, and organisation skills Experience in managing a retail team Excellent teamwork skills, the ability to collaborate and inspire Ability to multi-task and build relationships Open flexibility to work during peak times including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
