Make outbound calls to hotels/guests to arrangement special requests. Act as liaison between guest and hotel to resolve complaints. Manage relationships with hotels by providing high levels of customer service and account management support. To succeed in this role, we will need you to have: At least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree certificate in any field. Excellent English & Japanese language skills (Native/JLPT N1 or N2 speakers).
