Description We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced caregiver to assist a male client who is showing early signs of dementia and is considered a fall risk. Client Needs Include: Medication Oversight: Ensure the individual takes their prescribed morning medication as scheduled, following all agency guidelines for medication assistance. Redirection: Needs a lot of redirection regarding nonphysical behaviors. Companionship and redirection as needed for memory support The client lives at home with his wife, who has her own personal assistant. This position is focused solely on providing care and support to the male client. Ideal Candidate: Patient, attentive, and dependable Comfortable assisting with personal care needs Strong communication and observation skills If you are caring, attentive, and experienced in supporting clients with memory challenges, we would love to hear from you. Requirements Two valid forms of identification. Current TB test results. CPR and First Aid certification Ability to follow care plans and safety protocols, especially regarding fall-risk procedures. Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
