Full job description

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Clinic Manager to oversee the daily operations of clinic, with some additional responsibility for supporting our marketing and promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Operations

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the clinic.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, reception, call center, insurance, and other departments.
• Ensure smooth patient flow and a positive patient experience.
• Monitor staff performance, waiting times, and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
• Monitor clinic performance, patient volumes, and operational KPIs.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers when required.

Marketing Support

• Support the implementation of the clinic's marketing activities and campaigns.
• Coordinate basic social media and promotional activities.
• Follow up on marketing leads and patient inquiries.
• Support health awareness campaigns, events, and promotional initiatives.
• Coordinate with external marketing agencies or designers when required.
• Identify simple opportunities to increase patient visits and referrals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in clinic or healthcare management.
• UAE healthcare experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of clinic operations and patient services.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
• Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
