JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Male Corporate Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team in the GCC region. The ideal candidate must be an Arabic speaker with extensive experience working within the GCC market. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to senior executives.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role within the GCC region.
  • Strong understanding of corporate and business etiquette in the GCC.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable to dynamic business needs and travel requirements.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in a multinational or corporate setting.
  • Familiarity with regional business laws and regulations.
  • Previous experience supporting C-level executives.
Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level executive support, including managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between executives, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other business documents as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive corporate information and handle executive communications with discretion.
  • Coordinate and organize corporate meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Manage and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other communications on behalf of executives.
  • Conduct research and gather data to support business decisions.
  • Assist with project management tasks and follow up on action items.
  • Liaise with internal departments to facilitate smooth business operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regional regulations, and cultural sensitivities.
