Care Fast is expanding in Frankston and surrounds (Frankston, Seaford, Karingal, Langwarrin, Carrum Downs, Mt Eliza). Some shifts require a male worker due to personal care needs (genuine occupational requirement).

What you’ll do

• Personal care, domestic support, meal prep, community access and transport
• Follow care/therapy and behaviour support plans; safe manual handling
• Medication prompts/administration (as applicable); accurate shift notes

About you

• 1+ years’ experience in SIL, in-home support or high-intensity highly regarded
• Full driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle

Essential checks NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC (employee), National Police Check, current First Aid & CPR, Australian work rights, 100 points of ID, vaccinations (incl. COVID) as required.
Shifts and pay Mornings/afternoons/evenings/weekends; occasional inactive overnights. Provide availability 4–6 weeks ahead. SCHADS Award Level 2–3 (casual loading & penalties), weekly payroll and ongoing training.
