ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability Support (Preferred).
  • COVID-19 Vaccination Proof.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check. (Mandatory)
  • Working with Children Check . (Mandatory)
  • National Police Check.
  • First Aid Certificate (Mandatory).
  • Valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle (Preferred).
Responsibilities

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

We are looking for passionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as NDIS Support Workers. The ideal candidates will be flexible, professional, and ready to travel within their local areas. As a Support Worker your role will be multifaceted. In this role every task you complete will help an older person to live as independently as possible in their own homes. You get to see firsthand the difference you are making.
Nura Care has opportunities available across Logan, Brisbane, Toowoomba, Sunshine Coast suburbs.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Providing Personal Care assistance, including hygiene and grooming.
  • Supporting participants with Domestic Services like cleaning, cooking, and gardening.
  • Offering Social Support, helping participants engage in community activities.
  • Assisting with Transport, ensuring participants can attend appointments and community activities.
  • Working within a Person-Centered Framework, focusing on the individual’s goals and needs.
  • Supporting participants in line with the NDIS Framework.
