  • Support Reception-aged pupils through play-based learning and structured class activities
  • Work closely with pupils with a range of learning needs, including SEND and EAL
  • Lead small group interventions focused on communication, early literacy and numeracy
  • Collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop tailored learning strategies
  • Encourage positive behaviour and social development through effective role modelling
  • Contribute to creating a stimulating, safe and nurturing learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • A male graduate with a 2:2 degree or above in any subject
  • A genuine passion for working with young children and supporting their development
  • A calm, engaging and proactive approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience working with children (voluntary or paid) is beneficial but not essential
