UAE HR EXPERIENCE IS MUST

Looking for an experienced HR Officer (Hindi Speaker only) to manage comprehensive HR operations in line with UAE Labour Law. The candidate must have at least 1 years of UAE experience in independently handling HR responsibilities across various functions.
Location: Dubai Investment Park (DIP-2)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Mon-Friday) & Sat (8:30 AM - 2:00 PM)
Work Days: 5.5 days/week

• Independently manage day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee relations.
• Ensure all HR practices comply with current UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally.
• Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, and end of service settlements.
• Support organizational development through employee engagement and HR initiatives.
