We are seeking a qualified and experienced Male Nurse to join the team at an active construction site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing immediate medical care, health monitoring, and first aid to site workers, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be a licensed or registered nurse with a valid certification (e.g., DOH/MOH/DHA license or equivalent).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in an industrial or construction site environment.

Experience:

• as a nurse in the UAE: 5 years (Preferred

• Provide first aid and emergency medical care to injured or ill workers on-site.
• Maintain accurate medical records of all treatments and incidents.
• Monitor workers’ health conditions and recommend rest or medical leave when necessary.
• Conduct routine health checks and wellness programs.
• Support HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) teams in implementing safety protocols.
• Maintain and manage the site clinic, equipment, and medical supplies.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with hospitals or emergency services as needed.
• Educate workers on basic hygiene, occupational safety, and health practices.
• Strong knowledge of first aid, emergency care, and occupational health standards.
• Good communication and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently in a high-risk environment.
• Physically fit and capable of handling site conditions.
