We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential assistance to individuals with disabilities, seniors, and those requiring specialized care in various settings such as assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and home care environments. Your support will enhance their quality of life and promote independence while ensuring their safety and well-being.

EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience working with persons with disabilities or in senior care settings such as nursing homes or hospice care.
  • Familiarity with caregiving practices, including meal preparation and personal care assistance.
  • Knowledge of dementia care techniques is highly desirable.
  • A compassionate approach to caregiving with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
  • Certification or training in home care or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.

  • Maintaining a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping tasks as needed.
